Come join Judes for an amazing 2 weeks in Kerela, South India for an Autumn Equinox rejuvenating retreat. A wonderful time to recharge your batteries as we begin the slowdown from the Summer in the Southern Hemisphere. Friends from the Northern Hemisphere are also welcomed to join us on the rejuvenating retreat as a way of enlivening and rejuvenating your batteries before you hit the summer months. Our time together will be from the new moon to full moon, so our practices will be supporting these times. Come and experience the culture, Ayurvedic gourmet food, Ayuvedic treatments and the healing energy of Mother India.
We will stay at a luxurious 5-star hotel resort on the beach and enjoying all the amenities on offer including their daily Ayurvedic treatments. The Ayurvedic treatments on offer for us are: Panchakarma, Purification Therapy and Body immunisation therapy. An Ayurveda doctor will provide you with a recommendation and create a personalised program based on what you require.
What is included:
- 13 nights shared accommodation in 5-star beach resort- Gourmet Ayurvedic meals except for 2 days as mentioned in schedule
- 12 x 90 minute Ayurvedic treatments in Ayurvedic centre
- 3 temple visits in Trivandrum and Markets, including Kanyakumari temple
- 1 day Kanyakumari day sightseeing trip to visit the southern tip of India and see where the three waters meet of Arabian Sea, Indian Ocean and Bay of Bengal.

- Airfares, visas, Kanyakumari temple entry, ferry, meals that day, custom fees, travel insurance (required)
